MR HISLOP RE-JOINS THE MINISTRY.
(UV ETUKIRAI'If.—I'RE.S.S AHSOCIATION.) Welunutox, l'Viday. This morning Mr Hislop notitied the Premier of liis acceptance of the otfer to rejoin the Ministry, and the information was immediately forwarded to tlio Governor at Nelson by telegram. On receipt of His Excellency's acknowledgmeot this afternoon, Mr Hislop's determination was made public, it is not yet decided what portfolio he takes. Mr liislop will be sworn in as soon as the Governor's consent is obtained ; probably to-night or to-morrow morning. Capt. Rnsseli will be sworn in on Tuesday morning.
