The German Emperor has sailed for Spithead escorted by ironclads. Lord Salisbury, speaking at the Mansion House, said it was impossible for England to evacuate Egypt. Col. Wodehouse has defeated the Dervishes. It is reported Germany intends to revoke its recognition of Swiss neutrality. The Oretians have appealed to Greece for help. Lord Salisbury says there is no danger of the peace of Europe being violated.
