(by electric tislegrapk—copyright.) London, July 23. The French Government have dismissed scores of o'iicials suspected of Boulangism. The Earl of Iloperoun succeeds Sir 11. B. Loch as governor of Victoria. The R.M.S. Ruapp.hu arrived all well at Plymouth to-day. Tin meat is in good condition. Cape Town, July 23. The It.M.S. Aorangi sailed for Hobart and Wellington to-day. Sir H. 13. Loch and family will leave Melbourne on November 15th in a special steamer for the Cape. If the Earl of llopetoua, his successor, has not arrived by that date Sir W. Robinson will act in the interim. A fine collection of British pictures will be shipped by 11.M.5. Rimutaka for exhibition at the New Zealand Exhibition.
