Sir H. 13. Loch and family will leave Melbourne on November 15th in a special steamer for the Cape. If the Earl of llopetoua, his successor, has not arrived by that date Sir W. Robinson will act in the interim. A fine collection of British pictures will be shipped by 11.M.5. Rimutaka for exhibition at the New Zealand Exhibition.
