HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.
An' adjourned meeting of the Hamilton Domain Board was held in the Hamilton Borough Council Chambers at 7.15 p-m. on Tuesday evening. Present: Messrs Coates (chairman), Tippen, Salmon, Wood, Jones, Davfty, Bell and Lees. Uuadlky's Paddock.—The committee appointed not having sent in any report on this subject, Mr Jones moved that the committee be discharged.—Seconded by Mr Bell and carried.—The Chairman then moved that lots 19 and 30 be offered for lease by public auction for seven years, at an up-iet price of 5s per acre per annum net, all fencing to be kept in repair, and the land to be kept clean of furze and to be handed back in grass, and that a committee, consisting of Messrs Jones, Bell, and the mover, be appointed to draw up conditions for lease, with power to act.— Seconded by Mr Lees and carried. I'lCNriNi;.— The Chairman, in accordance with notice given, moved that the fencing of both commonages. East and West, be sold by auction, at an upset price of Ss fid per chain. — Seconded by Mr Lees and carried. This was all the business, and the Board rose.
