(IJY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT.) Sydney, Juno 3. A m \N named Weaver, superc irgo 011 board the schooner Colonist, murdered Captain (4n3erile.es at liavannab Harbour by tiring three shots into his body. Weaver was brought before a court martial on board H.M.S. Opal, and sent for trial to Fiji.
