TIMES AND PARNELL.
(ISY KLUOXIUU THUililt.U'U.— COI'YRIGIIT.) London, May 21. The Times has paid -10s into Court in satisfaction of the claim brought by Mr Parnell. Mr Wm. O'Brien, M.P., was examined before the Times-Parnell Commission to-day. In the course of his examination, he stated that the League had averted famine and civil war in Ireland, and declared that Michael Davitthud vehemently denounced outrages committed in County Mayo, but had said that " boycotting " was only a weapon in the hands of the people, and that he was persualed that unconstitutional action would bo madness. He had undertaken to conduct the United Ireland cause constitutionally.
