The (J/.ar has been advised not to meet (.he Shah of Persia at tlie railway terminus on the, occasion of liis ollieial reception here. The plot discovered against the life of the Czar is confined to the military, but it is believed that its ramifications are of a most extensive nature. The Czar has directed Durnovo, who recently succeeded the late Count Tolstoi as Minister of the Interior for llussia, to adhere inflexibly to the policy of reform proposed hy the deceased statesman.
