CZAR AND NIHILISTS.
(By electric teeegkai'ii.— CoryiuoiiT.) Ckonstadt, April 24. Several naval oilicers have been arrested for complicity in the plot against the life of the Czar. The attempt was to have been made during the Easter Festival, but the route taken by the Czar was suddenly changed. It was intended to have used poisoned bombshells.
