A food and water famine lias occurred at Oklahoma reserve where a large crowd have assembled in anticipation of being able lo obtain sections of land. Great distress prevails among the people, and those disappointed in getting land have encroached on the adjoining reserve belonging to Indians. The latt") - resent this encroachment and have gone out on the war-path.
