REVIEWERS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sm.—All Reviewers appointed under the Property Assessment Act are required to take an oath as to secrecy, &c, before a .Resident Magistrate, and are not permitted to say their "sware word ,, quietly before an inoffensive J.P. Why is this? And why is it necessary for a settler to bo compelled to go a day's journey into, or out of the wilderness, before lie can do his cussing "legally and properly." The sooner this is altered the better, and all Boards of Review should at once bring the matter under the notice of the powers that be. A Cuss Kit.
