PUKEKURA ROAD BOARD.
A MHCTiN'G of tho trustees of the above Board was held at the Pukekura. schoolroom on Wednesday night. Present: Mr Joseph Gane (chairman), Messrs H. Kusabss, R. Fisher and E. Allen. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed, as was also the payment of the interim accounts for £71 8s lOd.— A letter was received from Mr J. Rogan, asking that a portion of the Pukekura road lately formed bo gravelled before the wet weather sets in. It was resolved that about 40 chains of the road bo gravelled.—A letter was also received from Mr R. Watson, asking that the cutting at his bridge bo repaired, and asking also to have the drain repaired. Mr Kusabs was authorised to got the approaches to the bridge only repaired. —An application was received from Mr E. P>. Walker for some repairs to tho road near Bailey's. Mr Allen was empowered to get thi> wurl: tlnno,—Accounts were passed for payment ti> tho amount of £-15 os7d.
