King Milan has abdicated in favour of his son, Prince Alexander, 13 years of age, who lias been proclaimed King, with M. M. Publics, Protitich, and Belimarkosiko as regents. King Milan is suffering from a nervous malady. Vienna, Marjh 7. The announcement that King Milan of Servia had abdicated in favour of his son and that M. Ristics, the Liberal leader, was one of the appointed Hegents has been received here with displeasure, as it is feared that the Russophile tendencies of the litter -will cause trouble.
