A concert and dramatic entertainment will take place at Alexandra on Easter Monday night. With respect to the proposed tunnel through the Himplon, Italy, it is stated, has undertaken to construct connecting linoa on the Italian side and to grant a subvention of several million francs. It is reported from Paris that the question of mixed tribunals in Tunis is under consideration by the French and British representatives, and that it is expected to be settled shortly in a conciliatory spirit,
