A meeting of delegates from the enmities of Waipa, Piako, and Waikato, was held at Hamilton, yesterday. Present: Messrs Primrose, Chepmell, and Ridler. The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. Mr \V. McGregor liay's opinion on the by-laws was read. The proposed by-laws were then discussed, and a special order was moved and 'passed that they be made, subject to confirmation by tho Councils.
