The family was not residing in the house, owing to To Kooti's visit. Four men had slept there tho previous night, and cooked breakfast, and left to go out on tho run at 9 o'clock. On returning at 2 o'clock they found the house burnt down. There is no cause to show how the fire originated. The insurances are : National li'l;>0, Colonial £150, on tho furniture. The inquiry into the charges made against Judge Kruwsou will commence at New Plymouth on Monday next.
