PRINCE RUDOLPH.
— <$ — Vjknxa, February 4. The body of Prince Rudolph is lying in state publicly. The funeral, which will be private, takes place to-morrow. The Emperor will not be allowed to attend even formally. The evidence shows that Prince 'Rudolph's suicide was premeditated. Archduke Charles is delaying his formal renunciation of succession, there being a possibility of a posthumous heir being born.
