(BY EMXTUIC TKLKGRAPH.— COPVKIGHT). London, February 5. Immbxsk meetings are being held in Dublin and elsewhere to protest against the treatment of O'Brien. J. 11. Cox, member for East Clare, lias been sentenced to four months' imprisonment on a charge of inciting. The Roman Catholic Hierarchy in Ireland are protesting against the " inhuman indignities " to which Mr Win. O'Brien is being subjected by the prison authorities. Mr Denis Kilbride, M.P. for Kerry, has been arrested for advocating boycotting.
