Ho will deliver an address to the public, dealing with the Property-tax and other matters of general importance, probably in the City Hall early in the week. The sum of £0787 was passed through the totalisntor on thn two days of the Takapnna Summer Meeting, of which amount £-t 159 went through yesterday.
