Thursday—(Before Capt. Jackson, li.M.) CRIMINAL CASE. Sheep Inspector Oldham v. R. Burke, sheep infected with lice. Plaintiff having proved the case, defendant was fined Jjl, and costs 7s. CIVIL CASES. Judgment summons, Bett.ley v. Mailer, £1 10s 3d. Defendant was ordered to pay 2s Od per week, or, in default, five day's imprisonment. In two small debt cases judgment was given for the plaintiffs.
