Thk thr-je-masted schooner Buster encountered a severe gale off Galso Island, and was dismasted. As tlin vessel was laden with dynamite, and the stump of the mast was grinding amongst detonators, the crew t"ok to boats and abandened lii>r, fearing that an explosion would occur. The Buster was insured in the South British Office, and a viwsel has been sent to search for her.
