Lo Cour, representative for the Loire-Info-rieure, insido a brilliant attack on the Government, accusing them of creating Boulangerism. M. Floquet replied that the Government were watching the manoeuvres, and if necessary would resort to arms to suppress them. December 21. M. Lβ Cour, member for the district of Loiro-Inferieuro, in his speech in the Chamber of Deputies to-day, asserted that all the evils of France arose from the instability of its Ministries, which were cimstiuitly changing. France was constantly exposed to tho danger of having to submit itself to tho lowest of men, .a reference which was understood to be aimed at Buulanger. The salvation of the Republic, M. Le Cnur urged, depends on the formation of a powerful Ministry That was tho only way in which an alliance of factions, whose object was to strangle the Republic, could be coped with. M. Floquet's reply is generally considered to be feeble.
