fßy Electric Telegit \ph,—Copyright.J London, December 7. Ax Irish farmer named Burke gave evidence that the murder of Lord Mountmorrcs was decreed by the Land League. The witness was asked to take part in the murder but declined.
Molloy, who was arrested in Dublin 011 a warrant issued by the special Commission, was brought up for examination to-day. He denied that he was one of the " Invincibles," though he was associated with some persons forming that secret body. He was examined as to the Phoenix Park admitted that after that rago he left Ireland for America. His evidence implied that he was taken for a namesake, and ho admitted that he had, in information given to the Times' agent, misled him.
