(BY TELEGRAPH.— mESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, Friday. Excellent prosuects are being obtained from the Golden Spur Claim, Mahakipawa, which is owned bv gentlemen in Picton and Wellington. The reef has been driven upon for a distance of ten feet, and an assay of the stone made at the Colonial Museum gives a return at the rate of 3oz. to the ton. As the lndo is three feet thick tho yield will more than pay working expenses.
