BOND V. KENNEDY.
TO THE EDITOR. Sits, —Permit me to correct an error appearin" ill your issue of the 22nd instant, under the heading R.M. Court Te Awamutu. Your reporter says "Mr Hay gave notice of appeal." This I wish contradicted as Mr Hay merely threatened an appeal, and was informed by the Resident Magistrate that he would not be allowed to do so. The difference to my client is very material. —I am, &c. Thomas Gkeshasi, Solicitor to the defendant. Te Awamutu, November 20th, ISSS.
