(By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) Zanzihar, November 20. The Sultan is indisposed, and the blockade of the coast lias been delayed in consequence. The British Consul at Zanzibar has discovered 1.500 runaway slaves who had taken shelter with the English mission in the Pangani district. Mr George Mackenzie visited the mission in British interests, paid the ransoms of the runaways, and is devising measures to provide for the slaves. It is reported that seven slavers have been captured off the coast. Turkey has agreed to co operate with Germany and England in blockading the coast. Berlin*, November 27. The German East African Company intend petitioning the Reichstag for a vote of ten millions marks for the purpose of arming a force in Eastern Africa.
