Shearing has started, but on a number of stations it is interrupted by the weather, which is bitterly inclement. Unless it changes the crops will suffer a serious check. Snow has fallen in several quarters, and floods are anticipated. Several land owners have been fined at Wyndhain, for neglecting to suppress rabbits.
