At half past 11 o'clock, the Auctioneer will commence business with the bulls ; an adjournment will be made for luncheon at half-past 12, and at 1 o'clock the first horse will be offered. It being unnecessary to mention each animal in my advertisement. I desire to state that there is a better lot of young, sound, handsome, well-brolcen and unbroken horses, direct from their breeders, than was ever before entered for public sale in the country. Entries for all handicaps must be sent in to the Secretary not later than Monday, the 10th December, with entrance fee?. They must be accompanied by performances on pain of disqualification. No entries will be received except on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections shall be decided by the committee, such decision to be final. All protests must be accompanied by the sum of ten shillings, which shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest be no*, sustained. The winner of any handicap over the value of £5 after the declaration of the starts may be re-handicapped for one or all of the three distances for the Cup. In all races any competitor leaving the mark before the pistol goes off to be penalised and put b:tck iu 100 yds. and 120 yds., 1 yard; 200 yds. and 250yde., 2 yards; 440 yds., 5 yards; 568 yds., 7 yards; A-mile, 10 vards; 1 mile, 20 yards. Any competitor making three false starts will be disqualified. No qualification or acceptance fee for any race.
