THE RENATA WILL CASE.

(by TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ) Wellington, Friday. In the Appeal Court, judgment in the will case was given for Broughton with full costs. Leave to appeal was granted. mony was impartial. This being so the execution of the will was of so suspicious a nature that coercive proof must be brought forward before it could be accepted, and this has not been done.
