THE RENATA WILL CASE.
(by TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ) Wellington, Friday. In the Appeal Court, judgment in the will case was given for Broughton with full costs. Leave to appeal was granted. In giving judgment the Chief Justice said the whole matter depended upon the credibility of Archdeacon William's testimony, and the Court came to the conclusion that he was mistaken in his interpretation of what Renata said, and especially when contrasted with evidence of Cairol whose testi-
mony was impartial. This being so the execution of the will was of so suspicious a nature that coercive proof must be brought forward before it could be accepted, and this has not been done.
