STATE OF IRELAND.
(BY electric telegraph—copyright.) London, November 23. The Government have decided to prosecute Messrs O'Connor, Finucane, Sheehy, Mayne, Condon, P. J. O'Brien, and Dr. Tanner, on the charge of intimidating occupiers of evicted farms.
A farmer at Kerry has been murdered. The police are inquiring into the matter. As yet no arrest has been made.
