The Times has apologised to Sir J. Pope Hennesy, for an article on his governorship of Mauritius. The health of Mr John Bright is improving. Mr J. Chamberlain has been married to Miss Endicott, of NewYork. The committee who were appointed to draw up a scheme for the revision of the French Constitution proprose to abolish both the Senate and Presidency of the Republic.
