(BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Wednesday. The plant for the electric lighting of tho city will shortly arrive here. Two motors and dynamos are to be erected, each dynamo is estimated to be capable of developing sufficient electricity to supply from 1000 to 1200 lamps of 20 candle power, where,is only about 500 lamps are provided for the present scheme. These are proposed to bo placed about .equal distances apart throughout the city. Mr G. K Barton, of Wellington, lia3 been appointed Native Land Court Judge, and will shortly proceed to the district north of Auckland.
