WAIKATO HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.

The members of the Waikato Horticultural Society are reminded that by Rule 0, the members of each local district shall meet on a liny in the month of November, to elect the chief committee. The members so elected shall choosu one of their number to be chairman, ivliii shall convene and preside at all local meetings. Local districts will return representatives to the chief committee on the following scale, viz. :—When consisting of seven members, two representatives ; fifteen members, three representatives ; and one additional representative for every additional ten members. The chief committee consists of the members soelected, who should meet at the end of November, to receive the report of the last show, and make arrangements for the holding of the next annual shmv, which, by rotation, will be held at Cambridge this year.
