New Zealand growers under the new arrangement will be guaranteed 2,-fd. The freight has been tixed at lid. Between 3d and 3Jd, and the proceeds will go to the combination ; between and sd, the proceeds will go to the growers, who will receive -10 per cent., and the combination GO per cent. When the prices realised are beyond Cd the growers will receive 80 per ceut., and the combination 20 per cent.
