[BY TELEGRAM—OWN COKIIKSI'ONDKNT.I AUCKLAND, Monday. The Point Resolution Commission continued its sitting all to-day. The evidence generally was to the effect that the price paid for the land was its full value, but the Trust Board did not know that the Government would not require the whole of the land taken and meant to return a part to Mr Kissling until after the terms on which thpy relinquished their rights had been settled. The witnesses so far examined, however, maintain that the Trust Board received as much as their interest in the property was worth.
