BOULANGER AND ANARCHY.
(by electric telegraph.—copyright). Paris, October 2. M, Goblet, in the course of a speech, declared that the election of Boulanger meant anarchy, followed by a dictatorship and war. Ho also asserted the Comte de Paris had allied himself with Boulanger.
