TO THE EDITOR Sin,—A* your motto is, " Equal and exact, justice, &c.," ant] though lam aware you are favourably impressed with the actions of tlu: Salvation Army, still, when through "tupidity and ignorance, one of the soldiers, while testifying, goes out of his way to use offensive language in the publicstreet about well-known residents, I think you will agree with me that public attention should be drawn to the matter, as personal or business affairs outside their peculiar line, cunnot concern the Army in any way, and I am sure if they persist in indulging in the use of personalities a breach of the peace is likely to be committed. —\ ours, &c., Nun' Sud.
