STRANGE MURDERS.

London", September 0. No less than four people have been murdered in Whitechnpel during the course of the lust four weeks. The unfortunate victims were all horribly mutilated, and quite a local panic has occurred. The murders are .-upposed from their nature to be the work of a maniac, and a man has been arrested on suspicion.
