SUPREME COURT.
[bt telegbaph—own correspondent. Auckland, Monday. The Supreme Court Criminal Sessions were opened to-day. The Judge's charge congratulated the jury on the lightness of the calendar. The following prisoners were found guilty, and sentenced as follows : — Albert Johnson, a youth, for stealing at Tauranga, twelve month's imprisonment; Henry Darby, fur breaking and entering into the office of Maurice Casey, was sentenced to twelve months; Emannuel Oliver, eight charges of illegally pawning, two years ; Jas. Bloomfield, breaking into the house of James Cartwell, Auckland Domain, seven years.
