(BY TELEGRAPH,—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) CHKISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Three men employed atR. Suuderland's bakery, Richmond, were suffocated with the fumes of coke burning in their bed - room. Two of them have recovered, but the third, is still in a very ptecarioua state, NELSON, Wednesday. The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court opened to day before Judge Richmond. Only two cases are on the calendar. DUNEDIN, Wednesday, John Griffiths, a rabbiter, was found dead on OrbelPs run, twenty miles from Waikouaiti. At the city court Dr. Wauless was fined £20 for a breach of tl.e Stamp Act-.
