(by tkleuraph.—press association.) Wellington, Wednesday. In the Divorce Court to-day, in the case Fry v. Fry, husband's petition for divorce, Justice Richmond refused a rule nisi, as he considered there was prima facie evidence of continuance of cohabitation. At the Magistrate's Court, Win. Simmons was committed for trial on three charges of breaking and entering, and two others of larceny.
