CABLE SUMMARY.
The meeting of the two Emperors at Constadt was a very brilliant affair. Salutes were fired by double lines of German and Russian war vessels. The Emperors embraced ami kissed each other. Mr Labouchere and Sir J. McKenzie have tabled notices in respect to the Parnell Commission of Enquiry, which in the present shape of the Bill, may drag on for years. France and Italy are disputing about the possession of Massowah. Dinizulu cannot be found. Turkey will probably agree to the Sugar Bounties Conference. Dr. Barry, of Sydney, is mentioned as the next Bishop of Chester. Mr Conybeare, M.P., was suspended for. libelling the Speaker. Mr Gladstone supported the motion, which was moved by Lord R. Churchill. Sussex won the cricket match against the Australians by 40 runs. Col. de Coetlogan, who was with General Gordon at Khartoum, has been appointed British Consul at Samoa, and has sailed for Syduey with Mrs de Coetlogan.
