ATTEMPTED WIFE MURDER.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyuight.] Melbourne, July 23 John Hunr.oo attempted to murder his wife by shooting her, and afterwards committed suicide. The woman is not seriously injured, and it is believed the man was insane.
