BOULANCER FIGHTS A DUEL.

Paris, July 12. M. Floqoet challenged Geueral Boulanger to fight a duel in consequence of the General having called him a liar in the Chamber of Deputies. The encounter took place, and was characterised by great fierceness. Boulanger was severely wounded in the throat and slightly on the thigh. Floquet sustained slight wounds on the hand, foot and breast. General Boulanger has resigned his seat, owing to the defeat on his motion for dissolution, but stands again for the Department of Lc Nord. July 13. M. Floquet was quite composed, while General Boulanger appeared to be excited.
