TWO MEN KILLED

(BY TELEGRAPH. —PKES3 ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Friday. Intelligence waa received in town this afternoon that a collision has occurred between Taurau Ivukupn, a celebrated Whanparei chief and llu Hiri, chief of another tribe there, and their who met and had a severe conflict in which two tiion were killed on Taurua's side, being shot dead, and another wounded on the other side. The cause of the quarrel has not yet beeu ascertained.
