THE ANTIMONY COMPANY.
[BY TKLEGKAriI—I'RKSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. At an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Endeavour Inlet Anti•niouy Company (in liquidation) held last night, a memorandum from Sir Walter Biiller was read, and considerable discussion took place respecting it. The former directors expressed themselves in strong terms respecting the inaccurate statement* indulged in by Sir W.Bullcr with reference to the company, A resolution to the effect that after having heard the views of the directors and the manager of the company, the shareholders are of the opinion that thn statements made by Sir W. Buller are inaccurate and they request the directors to issue a memorandum giving the true version of the facts.
