(DY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, Monday. A child at Bluespur was badly burned through its clothes catching fire. At Skippers, John Martin was nearly burned to death in his tout. He and Edwards, his mate, had procured a gallon of whisky and drank till they became helpless. Edwards appears to have endeavoured to rescue Martin, but was too drunk to remember what occurred.
