PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY.

[By Electric Tklhukaph.— Copyright.] Berlin, June 15. During last night the Emperor Frederick had fitful slumbers, but little real rest. At three o'clock in the morning his weakness increased alarmingly. June 16. [ The Emperor wrote fully to his family and on State affairs, and took the Sacrament at midnight. He had great difiicnlty in breathing and alarming symptoms set in just before eleven in the morning, when he coughed with violence, and died, holding the hand of the Empress.
