LISY TBLEGIIAPH.— OWN* CORIIESPONDKXT.) Auckland, Monday. In" the Supreme Court to-day, the (Jrand Jury found true bills in all oases except that of 11. T. Rowe for indcent assault, who was discharged. The Court was occupied all day, hearing a charge of arson against two younct men named Henry Smith and John Kelly of Kaukapakapa. The evidence was very contradictory, airJ the jury returned a verdict of •' not guilty." Mr Cotter made an able defence.
