SUCCESS OF THE LOAN.
(By Electric Telegraph.— C'opykight). London, June 7. Tenders forthe New Zealand two million four per cent loan, were opened to-day, There were six hundred tenderers, and the total amount subscribed was £7,900,000. Applicants at £97 13s will receive 9(i per cent.
The official announcement of the floating of the loan shows the total amount subscribed was £8,024,300, the average price being £99 15s 7d.
