Paris, June 2. Oxii of the members of the Chamber of Deputies has introduced a Bill to enforce passport reprisals with Germany. It is believed that the measure was inspired by General Boulanger. Paris, June 3. M. Favre's proposal to make the consideration of the question of passport reprisals a matter of urgency, was defeated by an enormous majority.
